Mosaïek Kerk: Back to Rome
Mosaïek Kerk – Back to Rome and Bible Prophecy
Rome: Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men. For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God. Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. (Acts 20:26-30).
Back to Rome – The Book of Revelation makes it abundantly clear that the Roman Catholic Church will play a key role in the growing ascendancy and eventual establishment of Antichrist’s kingdom on earth in the last days. Only in these last few decades the terms “New World Order,” “New Age,” and “New Earth” have become household words in our daily vocabulary.
The psychological indoctrination of peoples’ minds through the endless mention of these words have calloused their hearts (minds), to the extent that most of them are now willing to accept it as the only solution to mankind’s dilemmas — wars, climate change, poverty, chaos, currency collapses, corruption, the breakdown of the rule of law — some of which the super-rich under the auspices of the Jesuits, the Illuminati, and the Freemasons are deliberately creating to manipulate countries and their leaders, and to make them dance to their New World Order tune. Some of you reading this may immediately respond by saying, “Come on, not another conspiracy theory, please.”
Would five verses from the Book of Revelation convince you that it is not a conspiracy theory but a fact that none of us can deny?
And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. (Revelation 17:1-5).
No other pope has received so many visits from dignitaries from around the world than the Jesuit Pope Francis. The following slideshow is an illustration of the inerrancy of Bible prophecy.
In my two preceding articles on Mosaïek Kerk (Mosaic Church) in Fairland, South Africa, I have carefully documented her association with the Roman Catholic Church, particularly through Trevor Hudson who is an ardent follower of Ignatius of Loyola, the Roman Catholic priest who founded the Jesuit Order. In this article, I shall prove that Satan himself is behind the “Back to Rome” contemplation.
Back to Rome: An Assault on Your Mind.
The one thing Satan has relentlessly been targeting ever since his own fall and that of mankind is the human mind, and it’s not so difficult to see why. Repentance and faith, the two main prerogatives to be saved, have an indispensable connection with the mind. In fact, the word “metanoia,” which Jesus and his apostles often used for “repentance,” simply means to change your mind from one paradigm to another, or, as it is often translated, “change your mind for the better.”
For the mind to change for the better, it obviously needs to hear the truth (Romans 10:17; John 8:32). Satan and his minions know this too well and will do everything in their power to distort the truth in the subtlest of ways. Moreover, they also know that man is more inclined to a carnal than a spiritual approach to spirituality. Most people are predisposed to think that faith, and faith alone, is not sufficient to be saved and henceforth need to add their own works in addition to faith to gain salvation, or to enhance sanctification. The Roman Catholic Church has been in the business of this kind of enslavement for many centuries, or shall we rather say in the art of drawing away from the disciples after themselves as their followers.
One of their most successful methods to keep their followers enslaved to themselves, is to discombobulate the mind with mysticism (Remember Revelation 17:5). Some of Satan’s ministers of “righteousness” have even gone so far as to encourage their followers to stop thinking and then to persuade them to return to the scenes of their mystical crimes again, and again, and again, ad infinitum. Calvinism’s way of discombobulating the mind is equally dangerous by telling their enslaved followers that they either don’t have a free-will or that their free-will is in bondage to evil and completely unable to will in favor of doing good.
RRR — Rhythmic Repetitive Rituals
What would you say, lies at the heart of mysticism? What is its most distinctive characteristic? The core distinctive of mysticism is the notion that each one of us is on a spiritual journey or pilgrimage, either to find yourself and God, to enter into God’s presence, to go deeper and farther with God, or to move to the next level or higher phase of spirituality. Thomas Keating wrote;
“In growing up we had no experience of the divine presence within, which is the true security, the deepest affirmation of our basic goodness, and the true freedom. Since we did not even know that God was actually present within us, we had to look elsewhere for the security, affirmation and freedom that only the divine presence can provide. The spiritual journey is a training in consent to God’s presence and to all reality.
“ … This gradual training in consent is the school of divine love in which God invites us to accept the divine plan to share the divine life with us in a way that transcends all that the human imagination can foresee.”
“Although [this program] seeks to establish a dialogue between the insights of contemporary psychology and the classic Christian spiritual masters, its primary goal is practical: to provide a solid conceptual background for the practice of contemplative prayer and the spiritual journey for our time. We are called to this journey not just for our own personal growth, but also for the sake of the whole human community.”
(Thomas Keating, Invitation to Love: The Way of Christian Contemplation). (Emphasis added).
Ron Martoia wrote:
“ . . . evangelism” is really about helping people along in a journey for which they have desire already built into them at the center of their hearts.
(Ron Martoia: Transformational Architecture, p. 2).(Emphasis added).
And what is already built into all people at the center of their hearts? The mystical heretic Thomas Merton provides the answer.
At the center of our being is a point of nothingness which is untouched by sin and illusion, a point of pure truth, a point or spark which belongs entirely to God, which is never at our disposal, from which God disposes of our lives, which is inaccessible to the fantasies of our own mind or the brutalities of our own will. This little point of nothingness and of absolute poverty is the pure glory of God written in us, as our poverty, as our indigence, as our son-ship. It is like a pure diamond blazing with the invisible light of heaven. It is in everybody, and if we could see it, we would see these billions of points of light coming together in the face and blaze of a sun that would make all the darkness and cruelty of life vanish completely. I have no program for this seeing. It is only given. But the gate of heaven is everywhere. (Jesus is no longer the onle Gate (Door) to heaven).
Then it was as if I suddenly saw the secret beauty of their hearts, the depths of their hearts where neither sin nor desire nor self-knowledge can reach, the core of their reality, the person that each one is in God’s eyes. If only they could all see themselves as they really are. If only we could see each other that way all the time. There would be no more war, no more hatred, no more cruelty, no more greed. I suppose the big problem would be that we would fall down and worship each other . . .
(Cynthia Bourgeault: Centering Prayer, 13). (Emphasis added).
(Merton, Conjectures of a Guilty Bystander, 154–155). Emphasis added).
The spiritual journey is first and foremost an inward journey toward the pure glory of God, which is ostensibly in everyone, whether you know it or not, and the key of the door which opens the way to an awareness of this so-called “pure diamond, blazing with the invisible light of heaven,” is Centering – and Contemplative Prayer. As you may have noticed from the Thomas Keating quote above, the term “spiritual journey “is often used in tandem with “gradual training” and “practice.” In the next section, we shall pursue the paths mystics embark on to facilitate their spiritual journeys.
Back to Rome – Christian Paganism
Spiritual journeys go hand in hand with rhythmic repetitive rituals that are either practiced at retreat centers, such as Mosaïek’s “Origins, a Place of Silence,” near the Sterkfontein Caves just outside Krugersdorp, or during the Roman Catholic Church’s observance of Ash Wednesday and Lent. As was shown earlier these observances are designed to keep their followers in bondage to themselves (Acts 20:30).
In this short video, Trevor Hudson invites Christ-followers throughout the world to prepare themselves for Ash Wednesday and the 40 days of Lent to commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. To whom is he referring – Jesus Christ of the Bible or a false Christ? If the latter, then we need to prove that there was a false Christ in the past who claimed to have suffered and died and to have been buried and resurrected soon after. Was there such a person?
It is common knowledge that Emperor Constantine (a prefigure of Antichrist), who by decree ended the horrific persecution of Christians under his brutal predecessors, supposedly became a Christian but, in fact, converted, not Christ Jesus, but to Christianity, a Christianity which became a smorgasbord of pagan ritualism superimposed onto Christianity. In the modern vernacular of the Emergent Church and the rise of mysticism in all churches, Constantine would probably have been hailed as a model Christ-follower. Dave Hunt wrote:
This revival of Rome’s religion will undoubtedly be a blend of Christianity and paganism, as occurred under Constantine and continued thereafter. That perverted and paganized form of Christianity eventually became known as Roman Catholicism. Claiming to be infallible and unchangeable (semper eadem, “always the same”), the Roman Catholic Church stands poised today to become the vehicle for the final ecumenical union of all religions. (
Dave Hunt: “A Woman Rides the Beast,” p. 26)
Although many Catholics do not agree with some of their church’s doctrines they remain faithful to their MOTHER OF HARLOTS, and annually observe Ash Wednesday and Lent to secure their hopes of being released from Purgatory and getting to heaven. Catholics dare not question their church for fear of being excommunicated and losing their Mother Church’s protection and their salvation. Vatican II very clearly says:
This holy Council teaches … that the Church … is necessary for salvation…. Hence, they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it, or to remain in it. (Robert Broderick, ed., The Catholic Encyclopaedia
(Thomas Nelson, Inc., 1976), pp. 103-04).
Another beast, Adolph Hitler, and Mussolini remained faithful Roman Catholics to their death. Dave Hunt affirms it in his book “A Woman Rides the Beast.”
Remember that Hitler and Mussolini remained Catholics to the end and were never excommunicated from the Church. So did thousands of the worst Nazi war criminals, whom the Vatican smuggled out of Europe into safe havens in South America. Such arch-criminals are honored with Catholic funerals and, like Mafia members, die with the assurance that their Church will continue to say Masses in order to get them out of purgatory and eventually into heaven. It is an insurance policy that very few allow to lapse completely.
(Ibid).
Hitler described this as his salvific insurance policy as follows:
The catastrophe, for us, is that of being tied to a religion that rebels against all the joys of the senses. Apropos of that, the hypocrisy of the Protestants is worse than that of the Catholics. Protestantism has the warmth of the iceberg. The Catholic Church, that still has its thousand years of experience and has not lost contact with its Jewish origins, is obviously more adroit. She permits the orgies of Carnival, firstly because she is powerless to prevent them, and secondly because she recaptures the sinner on Ash Wednesday. By picturing to him the sufferings of Hell, she succeeds in inciting him to be properly generous. After periods of repentance, there’s room for relaxation!
(Hitler’s Table Talk (1941-1944), His Private Conversations. New Updated Edition. Foreword and new materials edited by Gerhard L. Weinberg. Preface and Essay by H. R. Trevor-Roper. Translated by Norman Cameron and R. H. Stevens. Enigma Books). (Emphasis added).
Hitler’s love-hate relationship with the Roman Catholic Church, because the Protestant Church “rebels against all the joys of the senses,” and he believed that she was the only church to secure his release from purgatory and ultimately his salvation, prefigures in some ways the love-hate relationship Antichrist is going to forge with the Roman Catholic Church. Indeed, the beast is going to allow MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH, to ride on his back, only to use her false prophet to “causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive [his] mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads” [as prefigured by the mark with ashes on the forehead on Ash Wednesday]. Then he is going to destroy the harlot.
And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. (Revelation 17:15-16).
And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate. Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. (Revelation 18:16-24).
“The orgies of Carnivals” to which Hitler referred are permitted by the Roman Catholic church to this very day. The Mardi Gras and many other similar carnivals, a time typified by revelry, debauchery and semi-naked women dancing in the streets, Ash Wednesday and Lent are inextricably interwoven. The annual Mardi Gras or Shrove Tuesday as it is commonly known (this year will take place on 13th and Ash Wednesday on 14th February) presumably comes from the practice of eating pancakes (the mundane counterpart of the Eucharist during Mardi Gras). Shrove Tuesday comes from the word “shrive” which means absolution from sins by doing penance. Held the day after Fat Tuesday, Ash Wednesday is considered a day to cleanse the soul before Lent begins. Ashes are used to mark a cross on the foreheads of churchgoers to symbolize repentance for sin. It reminds one of the gluttonous behaviors of many Muslims before and during the celebration of Ramadan.
The Roman Catholic Church has spent many hours and a lot of money to re-Christianise the hellish festival of Mardi Gras because, as Hitler summed it up, they are powerless to prevent it.
The Christianisation of pagan festivals has been a regular pastime in Roman Catholicism for many centuries. But, to speak of re-Christianising them is a deliberate inaccuracy. How on earth can you re-Christianise something that has never been Christian from the very outset? Catholics believe that Lent stems from Christ’s forty days of temptation and fasting in the wilderness. Christ Jesus who made it very clear that if we love Him we will keep his commandments (John 14:15; 15:10) never commanded us to observe Ash Wednesday, Lent or Easter. It follows that anyone who claims to obey a command Christ Jesus never issued, does not love Him.
A diligent search of the Scripture, from cover to cover, proves that neither Jew nor Gentile ever observed an annual 40 days of fasting preceding the festival of Passover. The Catholic Encyclopaedia, revised and updated, edited by Robert Broderick, copyright 1987, published by Thomas Nelson Publishers admits that their most important feasts are pagan in origin.
“The reasons for celebrating our major feasts when we do are many and varied. In general, however, it is true that many of them have at least an indirect connection with the pre-Christian [pagan] feasts celebrated about the same time of year — feasts centering around the harvest, the rebirth of the sun at the winter solstice (now Dec. 21, but Dec. 25 in the old Julian calendar), the renewal of nature in spring, and so on.”
Another Catholic source supports this view.
Question: The observance of Lent dates back to the Apostles.
Answer: “MYTH … In the fifth century, some Fathers claimed that Lent was of apostolic institution, but the claim is doubtful. From the earliest Christian times everyone agreed that a penitential season should precede the solemnities of Easter, but for at least three centuries there was no agreement over how long that should be. Saint Irenaeus, writing around the year 190, clued to the diversity of opinion, saying: “some think they ought to fast for one day, others for two days, and others even for several, while other reckon forty hours both of day and night to their fast.” Apparently, he knew nothing about any Lent or pre-Easter fast of forty days, else he would have mentioned it.
“In the fourth century Saint Athanasius enjoined the people of Alexandria to observe a forty-day period of fasting prior to Easter, indicating that this was the mode now practiced throughout Christendom.” … [W]hile all the world is fasting, we who are in Egypt should not become a laughing stock as the only people who do not fast but take pleasure in those days.” Athanasius wrote. The year was 339, and Athanasius was recently back from a trip to Europe, including Rome.
“Some sources allege that the forty-day Lent was not known in the West until the time of Saint Ambrose (c339-397). The date of Athanasius’ letter would seem to negate that theory.
“So, no, our Lent does not date from the time of the Apostles. But apparently it was observed before the year 339. That’s early enough.”
(The New Question Box — Catholic Life for the Nineties, copyright 1988 by John J. Dietzen, M.A., S.T.L., ISBN 0-940518-01-5 (paperback), published by Guildhall Publishers, Peoria Illinois, 61651., page 554.)
The source that best portrays and documents the origin of Lent is Reverend Alexander Hislop’s book “The Two Babylons.” On page 104 and 105 he writes:
“It ought to be known,” said Cassanius, the monk of Marseilles, writing in the fifth century, and contrasting the primitive church with the church in his day, “that the observance of the forty days had no existence, so long as the perfection of that primitive Church remained inviolate.” Whence then, came the observance? The forty days abstinence of Lent was directly borrowed from the worshippers of the Babylonian goddess.
The Babylonian goddess was none other than Semiramis, the wife of Nimrod. He was worshiped as the Sun God and his wife, whom some believe was also his mother, as the Moon Goddess. Semiramis reigned as his equal in power and authority and called herself the Queen of Heaven. She is mentioned in the Bible under this title in Jeremiah 7:14, 44:1-30, when Israel willfully and obstinately continued to burn incense and pour out drink offerings to her as the forefathers had done, tempting God to anger and wrath, and eventually his awful judgments. After Nimrod’s death (some say he was killed by Shem, one of Noah’s sons), Semiramis who was then pregnant with Tammuz, said that it was an immaculate conception, and simultaneously the resurrection of Nimrod. And so was born into the world Satan’s counterfeit Messiah to whom Semiramis paid tribute by instituting forty days of fasting and weeping in his honor after he was killed by a wild boar at age 40, a day for each year of his life. Whosoever observes Lent and believes that he or she is a Christ-follower is not only heavily deceived but as blind as a bat, and consequently a perfect candidate for God’s righteous judgment. Who says? God’s Himself says so in the book of Ezekiel.
He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do. Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD’S house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz. Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these. And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD’S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east. Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose. Therefore, will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them. (Ezekiel 8:13-18).
Hislop asserts that the forty days observance of Lent is in its very essence a pagan tradition
Let anyone only read the atrocities that were commemorated during the “sacred fast” or Pagan Lent, as described by Arnobius and Clemens Alexandrinus, and surely he must blush for the Christianity of those who, with the full knowledge of all these abominations, “went down to Egypt for help ” to stir up the languid devotion of the degenerate Church, and who could find no more excellent way to” revive “it, than by borrowing from so polluted a source ; the absurdities and abominations connected with which the early Christian writers had held up to scorn. That Christians should ever think of introducing the Pagan abstinence of Lent was a sign of evil; it showed how low they had sunk, and it was also a cause of evil; it inevitably led to deeper degradation. Originally, even in Rome, Lent, with the preceding revelries of the Carnival, [beginnings of Mardi Gras] was entirely unknown; and even when fasting before the Christian Pasch was held to be necessary, it was by slow steps that, in this respect, it came to conform with the ritual of Paganism.
(Alexander Hislop: The Two Babylons, p. 106. The comment in red is not in the original). (Emphasis added).
Having seen and heard the well-documented evidence that Lent was never observed by Jesus Christ, his apostles and the early primitive church, as Alexander Hislop termed it, and that it was first instituted by the Queen of Heaven (Semiramis) to honour the death and alleged resurrection of her son Tammuz, and Satan’s counterfeit Messiah, one can understand why God calls it an abomination. Equally abominable was the twenty-five men who prayed with their backs to the temple (where God chose to reveal his glory to Israel in the Old Testament), and their faces turned toward the sun in the East (Nimrod, the Sun God). It was an abomination in God’s sight because it was nothing less than rank Satanism. Who says? Well, we need to turn to The Two Babylons by Hislop once again to find the evidence. On page 104 Hislop wrote:
The forty days’ abstinence of Lent was directly borrowed from the worshippers of the Babylonian goddess. Such a Lent of forty days, ” in the spring of the year,” is still observed by the Yezidis or Pagan Devil-worshippers of Koordistan, who have inherited it from their early masters, the Babylonians.
Trevor Hudson would probably not call them devil worshipers but Christ-followers.
Back to Rome: Blood on Their Hands
One of the most solemn warnings in Scripture is penned down by the prophet Ezekiel who also warned Israel about the abominations surrounding Nimrod (the Sun God), Semiramis (Queen of Heaven) and Tammuz (Satan’s false Messiah).
1 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 2 “Son of man, speak to the sons of your people [who are exiled in Babylon] and say to them, ‘If I bring a sword on a land, and the people of the land take one man from among them and make him their watchman, 3 and he sees the sword coming on the land, and he blows the trumpet and warns the people, 4 then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, and a sword comes and takes him away, his blood will be on his [own] head. 5 He heard the sound of the trumpet but did not take warning; his blood shall be on himself. But if he had taken warning, he would have saved his life. 6 But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any one of them, he is taken away because of his corruption and sin; but I will require his blood from the watchman’s hand’ and the people are not warned, and a sword comes and takes a person from them, he is taken away [a]in his iniquity; but his blood I will require from the watchman’s hand.’
Paul knew what it meant to have hands stained with the blood of his fellowmen lest he failed to warn them.
Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men. For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God. (Acts 20:26-27).
Therefore, I again urge Trevor Hudson and his so-called fellow Christ-followers, and all the members of their congregation, to repent of their abominable idolatry, for they too are praying (meditating and reflecting) with their backs to God, and their faces turned toward the East from whence they derive their false gospel. Or are they, like Israel of old, obstinately going to refuse to heed the solemn warnings in Scripture and wilfully declare:
Then all the men which knew that their wives had burned incense unto other gods, and all the women that stood by, a great multitude, even all the people that dwelt in the land of Egypt, in Pathros, answered Jeremiah, saying, As for the word that thou hast spoken unto us in the name of the LORD, we will not hearken unto thee. But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem: for then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil. (Jeremiah 44:15-17).
Great article Tom.
It was interesting, yesterday I posted a comment to Paulette on Kim Clement at the same time you posted this article, prophesying (from his ‘God’ of course) that America will concert to Catholicism because of Mary. Kim Clement calls her Esther – Catholics know fully well that Esther in the bible is a type of Mary.
There is a big debate going on as to whether the BABYLON is Rome (Catholicism) or Mecca (Islam). People don’t understand that Rome in fact controls Islam. The Koran venerates her, Mohammed venerated her.

The King of Jordan made an announcement at the recent DAVOS 2018 meeting claiming that WE (Muslims) BELIEVE THE VIRGIN MARY HAD JESUS AND HE IS A/THE MESSIAH. Although Jesus (Isa Al-Masih) is a prophet in the Koran he is still their Messiah.

Thanks, Debs,
There is no such thing that America or any other country in the world are going to convert to Catholicism. When Emperor Constantine put an end to Christian persecution he allowed other religious practices and heresies to enter the church of Rome, making it a smorgasbord of religions in one church. In the same way, they are not going to be forced to abandon their own religions to embrace Catholicism. Yes, they are going to be forced to accept the harlot as their authoritative mother church when the false prophet, according to Revelation 13:16-17, will force everyone to take the mark of the beast. However Muslims will still remain Muslims, Hindus will remain Hindus, etc. but under the authority and control of the Vatican Harlot.
Mother Teresa summed it up well when she said “Yes, I do convert. I convert you to be a better Hindu, a better Christian, a better Catholic, a better Sikh, a better Muslim. When you have found God, it’s up to you to do with him what you want,” The precursor of the mark, as I said in the article is already widely accepted in all the churches in the form of Ash Wednesday. Kim Clement’s so-called prophecy is just a clever spinoff of Revelation 17. As for Islam being the revival of Babylon is not true. Every aspect of the Babylon of Nimrod, Semiramis, and Tammuz (mother and “sun” worship) can be found in Roman Catholicism. We learn from Jesus that the Jews will accept Antichrist who will come in his own name. (John 5:43). Do people really think the Jews will accept a Muslim Antichrist? I doubt it.
Hi Tom
Yes, I totally agree. I keep thinking about that verse with regards to the Antichrist where it says:
Daniel 11:37-38 “Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all. 38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.”
“Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers…a god whom his fathers knew not” these are his Jewish fathers of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
[Edited: Actually I’ve changed my mind, “a god whom his fathers knew not” could very well be Allah. Based on research it would appear that Israel’s Messiah does not have to be Jewish]
Hi Tom,
Would you please review the book titled Rome Sweet Home by S Hahn? (if you have time)
I heard of this book from someone who is a member of the RCC, but have not read it other than online excerpts.
I understand he is considered popular as a converted apologist for the RCC.
Thank you and Deborah for the very informative site.
Dear Fledgling Discerner
Thank you for your comment. I have been rather busy lately and will try to read “Rome Sweet Home” by S Hahn as soon as I can. God bless
Thanks Tom,
Looking forward to see what you have to say.
:like:
Hi, Fledgling Discerner. It’s five months later an I still haven’t read the book “Rome Sweet Home” by Scott Hahn. Like you, I too only read some online excerpts. Have you seen this video?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XilzGLfgd7A
Right in the beginning, the interviewer talks about Scott’s zeal and fervency for Calvin and Calvinism. Calvin’s “Institutes of the Christian Religion” is based on Augustine’s writings.

They are merely fulfilling BIble prophecy with regards to the whore of Babylon in Revelation 17.
Hi Tom
Thanks for the feedback. I haven’t seen those videos yet; will watch them as soon as have some time.
Have you perhaps watched Joel Richardson’s discussion video where he indicates the Nimrod story to be debunked? What do you think of it?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhL3ZspNtRg
I haven’t watched much of the discussion yet but he appears to say that Hislop was mistaken. I thought that Hislop had actually researched quite a lot…
:dazed:
Thanks Fledgling. I shall watch the video.
Hi Fledgling
I made a few comments on Joel Richardson’s video. Perhaps you would like to read them.
Hi Tom
I would like to read your comments; can you tell me where these are posted? I checked on the Youtube comments under the video but the most recent comment I saw, is from 1 month ago…
Hi Fledgling. Could you please remind me which comments you are referring to. W as it a comment I made on a YouTube Video?
Hi Tom
You mentioned you had made a few comments on the YouTube Joel Richardson video. It would be the link I posted in the DTW comments earlier (21 Aug) titled “Nimrod & Alexander Hislop DEBUNKED (THE TRUTH about Nimrod, Hislop & Semiramis) The Underground #109”.
However I don’t see any comments from you in that comments thread….
Hi Fledgling. You can find it here,

I checked again several times but still can’t see any comments. No idea what’s happened there. Odd…
Thanks for taking the time to watch that video though.
Thanks Fledgling. I really don’t know what could have happened.
