Seeking Salvation or Deliverance?

Need Help?  Are you seeking deliverance or are you just seeking salvation?  You have come to the right place!

I am going to get right to the point regarding deliverance because I know you are desperate and need urgent help.  If you want salvation through Jesus Christ the Son of God please carry on reading.

Here is what you need to do to for salvation and/or for deliverance:

This is for anyone; those who think they are Christian but are not sure, i.e., you do not have surety of salvation; those who are Charismatic, Pentecostal (believing in Baptism of the Holy Spirit by sign of gifts, i.e., speaking in so called ‘heavenly’ tongues, and or thinking they have the ability to heal people), Zionist (ZCC church).  If you are an Anglican, Catholic, Calvinist, Seventh Day Adventist, Mormon, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Rastafarian, etc. Those in the Occult / New Age, Wiccan, Pagan or an unbeliever be that an atheist, agnostic etc. Or if you are Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, or any other religion like Bahá’í etc.

A NOTE:  Please do not go to a so called “deliverance minister/pastor” Or anyone who says they can cast demons out from you.  In this day and age there are so many fake deliverance ministers, chances are you will leave there with more demons attached to you than what you went with.  Anyone who speaks about Exorcism is Catholic, please do not go to an Exorcist.

“7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.” (James 4:7-8)

Faith in Jesus Christ alone:

FAITH:  You don’t change your ways TO BE saved and/or to stay saved.  Your changed life starts to take place AFTER you are born again and only through the POWER of the Holy Spirit in your life (who came to abide in you the moment you were saved). 

There is nothing you can do, no work, no action that you need to do to keep your salvation.  

FAITH ALONE in Jesus Christ’s to keep you is all that is needed.  When you sin, you acknowledge to Jesus Christ that you have sinned, you repent and you tell Jesus you want to change your ways and you ask Jesus Christ to help you stop sinning – this is what is called dying to yourself daily.  Dying to self is the continual denial of the flesh that occurs over a believer’s lifetime, and being in continual agreement with the Holy Spirit.  

You have faith that Jesus and Jesus ALONE is the one that stops you from sinning, nothing you do, no physical action you take from your side can stop you from sinning – this would be of your own flesh if you stopped doing certain sins and this is not biblical.

Peter preaching to the people that came to see a lame man restored to his feet

1 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour. 2 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; 3 Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms. 4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. 5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. 6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. 7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ancle bones received strength. 8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. 9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God: 10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him. 11 And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon’s, greatly wondering.

Professes the cure not to have been wrought by his or John’s own power or holiness, but by God, and his son Jesus, and through faith in his name

12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?

Withal reprehending them for crucifying Jesus

13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go. 14 But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; 15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses. 16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

Which because they did it through ignorance, and that thereby were fulfilled God’s determinate counsel, and the Scriptures

17 And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers. 18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.

He exhorts them by repentance and faith to seek remission of their sins, and salvation in the same Jesus

19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. 22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. 23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. 24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. 25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. 26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

So, what is it that you need to understand about God and the nature of sin:

You need to understand that the God of the Bible is holy. The word “holy” means to be “separated from.” He hates sin and all the evil things mankind has done and is still doing, and cannot allow anyone whose sins are still upon them to come into his presence. That is why Jesus said, “Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.” (John 8:21). We all die because the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).

So, as you can see, we all have a huge problem. The problem is this. When people die with their sins still upon themselves like a huge burden in their hearts, they will be separated from God for all eternity (for ever and ever) in a place called The Lake of Fire which was prepared by God for the devil and his fallen angels (Matthew 25:41).

However, God does not want anyone to be cast into the Lake of Fire because He loves us too much (2 Peter 3:9).

So, he hates sin and cannot allow sinners to come into his eternal presence but also sincerely does not want them to perish in the Lake of Fire.

There was only one way to solve this problem. He sent his only begotten Son to us, who became a man just like us but without sin. He was 100% pure of sin and never sinned once during his life on earth although He was tempted to do sin just like we are. Although He was not guilty of any sin, He willingly allowed Himself to be crucified on a cross and to bear every human being’s sins who ever lived, are still alive, and will live in the future, so that his Father could righteously judge our sins in his body.

How do we receive forgiveness for our sins? Paul says in Acts, “Everyone who calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.” Do some people never call on his Name? (Jesus, which means “Saviour”). Most people never call on his Name because they refuse to admit that they are lost sinners. Yes, all people admit they are sinners but very little admit they are lost sinners. Only those who realize under the conviction of the Holy Spirit that they are lost and indeed on their way to hell if they do not repent, are saved. Jesus said, “When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. (Mark 2:17).

Jesus told Nikodemus, “You MUST be born again, and He is saying it to you if you have not yet received forgiveness for your sins. Jesus is calling you to come to Him. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden [with sin], and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:28-30)

1) Salvation – Diligently seek Jesus Christ the Son of God:

“Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:6)

Do you want to be born again? I want you to pray this sinners prayer, diligently seeking Jesus Christ as your Saviour.  Please note this prayer will not save you, it’s what in your heart!  Do you believe you are a lost sinner in desperate need of salvation? Are you truly seeking Jesus Christ the Son of God? Are you truly seeking to be born again? Are you truly seeking to change your ways?  Below is an example of a prayer, you can pray your own prayer if you want.

• James 5:15 “And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.”

Prayer

“Heavenly Father, I come before you in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. I know that Jesus Christ is the only Way, the Truth, and the Life; and is the only Mediator between You and man. Heavenly Father, I believe that Your only begotten Son Jesus Christ paid the price for mankind through His sacrifice on the cross, He was buried, and rose again 3 days later.  I acknowledge to You Lord Jesus Christ that I am a LOST sinner. You shed Your precious Blood on the cross for me, Your blood washes away my sin, covers me and cleanses me.

I am truly sorry for the sinful, shameful life I have lived.   I want to repent Lord Jesus,  I want to turn away from my sins but I can only do that with Your help. Please forgive me of all my sins Lord Jesus, I earnestly repent.  Forgive me of my sins as I forgive anyone who has ever sinned against me, I hold no grudges anymore.

You are my Saviour Lord Jesus, only you. I truly desire to serve You, Lord Jesus.  I pray that You would help me to hear Your still small voice.  Heavenly Father, I want to be baptised by the Holy Spirit right now, I want the Holy Spirit to come and abide in me;  I desire to be led by Your Holy Spirit so I can faithfully follow You and obey Your commandments.  I want the guidance and conviction of the Holy Spirit in my life.

I want to thank you for the forgiveness of ALL my sins, and the glorious gift of salvation and everlasting life You have given me.  At this very moment I acknowledge that Jesus Christ the Son of God is my Savior and according to His Word, right now I am born again, in Your mighty precious Name.

Thank You Lord Jesus, for coming into my life and thank You for saving me. Amen”

2) Continue the prayer if you need deliverance from demonic affliction – please pray the following:

Say the following with conviction and absolute FAITH that Jesus Christ IS WHO HE SAYS HE IS:

“Heavenly Father, dear Lord Jesus Christ, I ask that you please remove all demonic affliction and or possession from me. I pray this in your MIGHTY name! Thank you Lord Jesus!“

If you are fasting please stop fasting because of these 2 reasons:

1. Because it’s a work (something you do physically, a ritual or sorts) that you think will bring you closer to God and it won’t. FAITH is all in the mind, it’s a choice you make to either believe wholeheartedly in Jesus Christ or not. 
2. Because it weakens your mind, which in your case is spiritually very weak at the moment.

A Christian but plagued by a demonic spirit in your home?

Please refer to points No.3), No 4) and No.5).  If you are a Christian but were disobedient to God and sinned and brought a demonic entity into your life, or you sinned by bringing something of occult origin into your home and you find yourself plagued by a demonic entity.

“For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.” (Ecclesiastes 7:20).

BUT

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”  (1 John 1:9)

3) Getting rid of all ungodly things in your home.

If you are a Christian and you know what the offending item is, go and throw it away immediacy (destroy it so that it does not land up in the hands of someone else).

Through the conviction of the Holy Spirit you will want to throw away ALL the non Christian books you have (excluding your bible, get a KJV bible and if necessary a bible in your language – you can use the KJV bible to compare verses to make sure the translation is correct.) Throw away so called Christian books as well – if you are certain the book is genuinely Christian please keep it.  Throw away all CD’s and DVD’s that are not Christian, you can keep anything that you are certain is genuinely Christian, but if you are not 100% sure please just get rid of it.  Break those music CD’s that you have – yes even the so called ‘Christian’ ones, you have no idea if they are really Christian, probably not – Hillsong is not Christian. Any so called anointed objects, throw them away.  Any so called Christian paintings or occult pictures/paintings, tear them up and throw them away. Anything on your pc/laptop that is not biblical delete it.  Any pictures of ‘Jesus’ – this is not Jesus (no one know what He looks like), tear it up and throw it away.

You will remove everything ungodly from your house, even that African mask you have on the wall, throw it away, any statues – throw it away. Any gifts you received that have any kind of spiritual connotation, throw it away.  Anything to do with Angels – throw it away. Prayer cards – throw it away. If you are in the occult / New Age / Wicca etc., throw away everything, books, jewelry, statues, ritual items, including all your black clothes (I say throw away your black clothes because you are infatuated with wearing black as it represents evil to you).  Any Halloween items in your house, throw them away.  If you are a Buddhist, Hindu or Muslim etc., please throw away anything that connects you to these religions, including; religious texts, books, statues, paintings, jewelry and religious clothes etc.

4) If you have anything in your life that you are holding onto that is ungodly.

• Ask Jesus Christ to show you anything that is ungodly in your life.
• You will recognize the sin(s) through the conviction of the Holy Spirit who has some to abide in you once you were saved.
• Ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness of these sins, and ask Jesus Christ in prayer to change your ways through prayer by asking Jesus Christ to help you overcome your sins, and sin no more. (Keeping Ecclesiastes 7:20 in mind).

Ecclesiastes 7:20  “For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.”

For instance, did you go to a church where someone laid hands on you, or even just prayed over you.  If you have had ‘FIRE’ called down on you or the church congregation you were sitting in. (See article on Demonic FIRE spirit in church” If you speak in so called ‘heavenly’ tongues.  A false baptism of the holy spirit in water. Think of things in your life from the very personal right down to the fact that you smoke (if you smoke) ask Jesus Christ to deliver you. If you have a drinking problem – most people deny they have a problem, if you can’t go without it, you have a problem. If you like getting drunk at parties ask forgiveness for this and ask Jesus Christ to help you overcome this problem. Drug addiction, ask Jesus Christ to deliver you. If you attended 1 yoga class or more, if you meditated or soaked, centered yourself, got hooked into watching ASMR videos on Youtube, etc,.  Belief in Reincarnation, Evolution, Feminism or the belief in Karma etc.

Christian books that you bought or were given to you about peoples so called visits to Heaven and Hell and other strange doctrines or anything anointed be that a prayer cloth, oil or painting etc.  If you experienced any electricity or feelings of heat come over your body, if you convulsed, had uncontrolled twitching, have uncontrolled bodily movements, or where you ‘Slain in the Spirit’, went through a fire tunnel, etc,. If you had hands laid on you, or if people stood around you with their hands held over you and you prayed to receive ‘healing’ or ‘deliverance’, please ask for forgiveness.  If you were supposedly ‘healed’ by a preacher who laid hands on you, or anointed you with oil, etc. Please read article: Can Satan Heal?  If someone ‘prophesied’ over you in any way, told you your prophetic fortune of what God has in store for you, please ask forgives for this.  Any dreams, ask Jesus Christ to remove these dreams from you and protect your mind from Satanic attack.

If you struggle with certain things in your life that you feel you just don’t want to let go of, or you feel like something is preventing you or holding you back, realise that this is Satan at work who does not want you to ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness so that you can be delivered of any stubborn demonic entities that are attached to you.  Ask for forgiveness for following false teaching like TB Joshua for instance right down to the so called innocent preachers like John MacArthur. The Holy Spirit will convict you of who you followed and need to repent of.  Mention if you practiced breathing exercises, or ‘silence’ where you cleared you mind, or just sat in silence waiting to hear from ‘god’. Ask for forgiveness if you have committed adultery.  Had an abortion.  If you watch or are addicted to Pornography.  Homosexuality.  If you are abusive in any way to your spouse and or children, ask for forgiveness and ask Jesus Christ to be delivered from this sin in Jesus Christ’s Name.

Mention if you were visited by an angel or something posing as Jesus Christ. Mention if you hear God ‘audibly’, as in a loud voice. Mention if you practiced entering into the ‘presence of God’, or wanted to ‘hear God’s voice’. Mention if you have dreams and or visions or had your dreams interpreted or if you’ve ever been to see a Spiritualist, i.e., Tarot reader or a Medium of any kind (including Pet Mediums who speak to your dead / or run away pets) etc. Mention if you had an awakening or illumination while meditating etc. If you ever partook in a Freemasonry ritual or any other secret society ritual.  Fire walking. Practiced Martial Arts. Had Hypnosis, Reiki or been for Acupuncture to manipulate the flow of energy (Chakras) within your body etc., please ask forgives for this.  Are you experiencing sleep paralysis, which is demonic?  Ask Jesus Christ Himself to remove Satan out of your life once and for all and to protect you when you sleep.

Important:  There is no such thing as generational curses.  When you are born again this curse is immediately broken as you are are now a new creature in Jesus Christ.

“The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.” (Deu 24:16).

But please ask for forgiveness and ask Jesus Christ to remove any demonic affliction in your life where you willfully or were forced to partake in anything demonic with family members or friends, for example; a Tarot card reading, or played with a home made Ouija board or Glassy Glassy (there are many other games kids play) especially in school or parties. Even that Magic 8 Ball ‘toy’ is far from being just a toy.  Children watching evil cartoons on TV is a brilliant way for Satan to gain entry into a child’s life.  It happened many years ago to someone I know personally who was tormented by demons during the day, on a daily basis just through watching, accepting and enjoying Thunder Cats, Ninja Turtles and other evil cartoons.

If you can see demonic spirits, ‘ghosts’ or have seen people that have passed away etc., please ask forgiveness for this, as this is clairvoyance and you need to be delivered from this.  Ask Jesus Christ to remove this demonic ability from you. Also mention music, including so called ‘Christian’ music that you are addicted to listening too. If you are addicted to heavy metal music, including Christian heavy metal (There is no such thing as Christian heavy metal, it’s a lie from the pit of hell), rock music or even pop music for that matter please ask forgiveness for this, you need deliverance from this, music and lyrics plays a big role in the life of so many who think it’s not harming them spiritually, but it is. There are so many things I have not mentioned because there are just too many evil things in this world to list. Ask Jesus Christ to remind you of all things in your life, let the Holy Spirit convict you of your sin and repent of it.

The crux of deliverance is this:

You are asking Jesus to forgive you of these things you have done.  Now you are making a FINAL STAND and you are choosing JESUS CHRIST over Satan and you are sincerely wanting to change your ways.

Let me remind you again:

Ask Jesus Christ to remove ALL demons from you and break ALL chains of demonic affliction/possession over your life.

Resist means to:

Stand against Satan and all the evil he stands for and submit to Jesus Christ and His Word and Satan has no choice but to flee from you.

To break free from very strong demonic affliction is not easy and can take time if you are not spiritually strong enough – especially if Satan has weakened ones mind through continuous onslaught.  There were times where the Disciples in the bible (even though they were spiritually strong) struggled to cast demons out of people, and had to pray long and hard and needed to fast – because of their unbelief.

Mar 9:28-29 “And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out? And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.”

5) You might already have the demon, or a demon that was once attached to you manifest in your home:

If this happens, I know it will be difficult but do not fear, it’s only there to cause fear.  Do not communicate with it, do not request it’s name, you use the Word of God only to force it to leave, it has NO choice, Jesus Christ’s Word is FINAL,  Jesus Christ has CONQUERED Satan at the cross, you already have the VICTORY through Jesus Christ the Son of God:

You can read the following verses out aloud. This is not vein repetition, you can read all these verses or choose your own from the list below – you don’t have to mention the verses at the end as Satan knows the bible well:

You say out loud in TOTAL FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST HAVING VICTORY ON THE CROSS:

“Ye shall not fear them: for the LORD your God he shall fight for you” (Deu 3:22)

“The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence, I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies” (2 Sam 22:3-4)

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.” (Isa 54:17)”So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” (Isa 59:19)

“Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”  (Matt 4:10)

“Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels” (Matt 25:41)

“But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Cor 15:57)

“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.” (2 Cor 2:14)

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” (2 Cor 10:3-5)

I will be strong in the Lord, I will “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Eph 6:11-12)

“And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.” (Cor 2:15)

“And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” (2 Tim 4:18)

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (Js 4:7)

“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world”  (1 John 4:4)

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God.” (1 John 5:4-5)

Ask Jesus Christ to remove the demonic entity from your home immediately. 

Say “Jesus Christ commands you to leave this house immediately, this home belongs to Jesus Christ the Son of God. LEAVE!”

You and your house now serves the Lord and no evil is welcome.

Joshua 24:15-16
15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. 16 And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to serve other gods;  [Emphasis added]

If need be repeat all the verses below again. If you want choose your own bible verses, you can even use the verse above “but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD” (Joshua 24:15).  Keep repeating God’s Word until the demonic entity has fled.

“Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”  (Matt 4:10)

“Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels” (Matt 25:41)

“And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.” (Cor 2:15)

“But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Cor 15:57)

Say out loud: “[I] Submit [myself] yourselves therefore to God. [I will] Resist the devil, and he will flee from [me] you” (Js 4:7)”

Say “Jesus Christ commands you to leave this house immediately, this home belongs to Jesus Christ the Son of God. LEAVE!”

Say this with confidence, as Jesus Christ has already won the battle and because you are now a born again child of God, that battle has been won for you and you have the authority to use Jesus Christ’s name because you are now a child of God. Keep saying this until all demonic manifestations have left your home. You will get resistance, and they might try stop you by confusing your mind that you can’t think properly, or tell you that you are not strong enough.  It’s not you who is strong, it’s Jesus Christ the Son of God who is the One who defeated Satan on the cross who is strong.  Just keep using God’s Word against them so that they will leave your home and your life, in Jesus Christ’s name.  Important to note:  When Jesus was in the wilderness being tested by Satan (Matthew 4:1-11) He did not have a conversation with Satan when Satan tested Him, He quoted the Word of God only against Satan and he fled.

Thank Jesus Christ from the bottom of your heart and worship Him by thanking Him for what He has done for you. Start reading your bible (not other books) and stop following all false doctrine.  How do you know if what you are following or believing in is false?  The Holy Spirit will warn you.  And you test what people tell you against the Word of God. If it does not tie up 100% to what the bible says, then it is false.  You stop immediately, ask Jesus for forgiveness for believing it and move on to the Truth.  Please read:  Testing the Spirits – True Spiritual Discernment

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:” (1 Peter 5:8)

6) How do we stop Satan from attacking us after we are born again?

The Bible exhorts believers to war against the enemy:

• by not remaining ignorant of his schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11);
• by submitting to God (James 4:7),
• being sober and alert and resistant to him (Ephesians 4:27; James 4:7; 1 Peter 5:8), and
• by not speaking lightly of him (Jude 8; 2 Peter 2:10).

We put on the whole armour of God with God’s help:  put on the shield of faith which quenches attacks from Satan, put on the helmet of salvation by believing that Jesus Christ died for your sins and rose again, and finally the sword of the spirit which is the Word of God.

You apply these pieces of armour daily, you arm yourself by obeying God’s commandments, repenting to Jesus Christ when you sin and ask Jesus Christ to help you to not sin again, and in doing so guard yourself against any attack from Satan. 

5 Defensive Pieces of Armor:

• you gird your waist with truth (Ephesians 6:11-18),
• put on breastplate of righteousness (Ephesians 6:11-18),
• shod your feet with preparation of the gospel of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 6:11-18),
• put on the shield of faith which quenches attacks from Satan (Ephesians 6:11-18),
• put on the helmet of salvation by believing that Jesus Christ died for your sins and rose again. (Ephesians 6:11-18),

2 Offensive Weapons:  

• sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:11-18),
• always pray (Ephesians 6:11-18).

These are the only means by which we may firmly stand against the devil.   

(Ephesians 6:12)   “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”

Here is what you need to do to for salvation and/or for deliverance:

This is for anyone; those who think they are Christian but are not sure, i.e., you do not have surety of salvation; those who are Charismatic, Pentecostal (believing in Baptism of the Holy Spirit by sign of gifts, i.e., speaking in so called ‘heavenly’ tongues, and or thinking they have the ability to heal people), Zionist (ZCC church).  If you are an Anglican, Catholic, Calvinist, Seventh Day Adventist, Mormon, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Rastafarian, etc. Those in the Occult / New Age, Wiccan, Pagan or an unbeliever be that an atheist, agnostic etc. Or if you are Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, or any other religion like Bahá’í etc.

A NOTE:  Please do not go to a so called “deliverance minister/pastor” Or anyone who says they can cast demons out from you.  In this day and age there are so many fake deliverance ministers, chances are you will leave there with more demons attached to you than what you went with.  Anyone who speaks about Exorcism is Catholic, please do not go to an Exorcist.

“7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.” (James 4:7-8)

Faith in Jesus Christ alone:

FAITH:  You don’t change your ways TO BE saved and/or to stay saved.  Your changed life starts to take place AFTER you are born again and only through the POWER of the Holy Spirit in your life (who came to abide in you the moment you were saved). 

There is nothing you can do, no work, no action that you need to do to keep your salvation.  

FAITH ALONE in Jesus Christ’s to keep you is all that is needed.  When you sin, you acknowledge to Jesus Christ that you have sinned, you repent and you tell Jesus you want to change your ways and you ask Jesus Christ to help you stop sinning – this is what is called dying to yourself daily.  Dying to self is the continual denial of the flesh that occurs over a believer’s lifetime, and being in continual agreement with the Holy Spirit.  

You have faith that Jesus and Jesus ALONE is the one that stops you from sinning, nothing you do, no physical action you take from your side can stop you from sinning – this would be of your own flesh if you stopped doing certain sins and this is not biblical.

Peter preaching to the people that came to see a lame man restored to his feet

Professes the cure not to have been wrought by his or John’s own power or holiness, but by God, and his son Jesus, and through faith in his name

12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?

Withal reprehending them for crucifying Jesus

13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go. 14 But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; 15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses. 16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

Which because they did it through ignorance, and that thereby were fulfilled God’s determinate counsel, and the Scriptures

17 And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers. 18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.

He exhorts them by repentance and faith to seek remission of their sins, and salvation in the same Jesus

19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. 22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. 23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. 24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. 25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. 26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

So, what is it that you need to understand about God and the nature of sin:

You need to understand that the God of the Bible is holy. The word “holy” means to be “separated from.” He hates sin and all the evil things mankind has done and is still doing, and cannot allow anyone whose sins are still upon them to come into his presence. That is why Jesus said, “Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.” (John 8:21). We all die because the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).

So, as you can see, we all have a huge problem. The problem is this. When people die with their sins still upon themselves like a huge burden in their hearts, they will be separated from God for all eternity (for ever and ever) in a place called The Lake of Fire which was prepared by God for the devil and his fallen angels (Matthew 25:41).

However, God does not want anyone to be cast into the Lake of Fire because He loves us too much (2 Peter 3:9).

So, he hates sin and cannot allow sinners to come into his eternal presence but also sincerely does not want them to perish in the Lake of Fire.

There was only one way to solve this problem. He sent his only begotten Son to us, who became a man just like us but without sin. He was 100% pure of sin and never sinned once during his life on earth although He was tempted to do sin just like we are. Although He was not guilty of any sin, He willingly allowed Himself to be crucified on a cross and to bear every human being’s sins who ever lived, are still alive, and will live in the future, so that his Father could righteously judge our sins in his body.

How do we receive forgiveness for our sins? Paul says in Acts, “Everyone who calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved.” Do some people never call on his Name? (Jesus, which means “Saviour”). Most people never call on his Name because they refuse to admit that they are lost sinners. Yes, all people admit they are sinners but very little admit they are lost sinners. Only those who realize under the conviction of the Holy Spirit that they are lost and indeed on their way to hell if they do not repent, are saved. Jesus said, “When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. (Mark 2:17).

Jesus told Nikodemus, “You MUST be born again, and He is saying it to you if you have not yet received forgiveness for your sins. Jesus is calling you to come to Him. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden [with sin], and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:28-30)

1) Salvation – Diligently seek Jesus Christ the Son of God:

“Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:6)

Do you want to be born again? I want you to pray this sinners prayer, diligently seeking Jesus Christ as your Saviour.  Please note this prayer will not save you, it’s what in your heart!  Do you believe you are a lost sinner in desperate need of salvation? Are you truly seeking Jesus Christ the Son of God? Are you truly seeking to be born again? Are you truly seeking to change your ways?  Below is an example of a prayer, you can pray your own prayer if you want.

Prayer

“Heavenly Father, I come before you in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. I know that Jesus Christ is the only Way, the Truth, and the Life; and is the only Mediator between You and man. Heavenly Father, I believe that Your only begotten Son Jesus Christ paid the price for mankind through His sacrifice on the cross, He was buried, and rose again 3 days later.  I acknowledge to You Lord Jesus Christ that I am a LOST sinner. You shed Your precious Blood on the cross for me, Your blood washes away my sin, covers me and cleanses me.

I am truly sorry for the sinful, shameful life I have lived.   I want to repent Lord Jesus,  I want to turn away from my sins but I can only do that with Your help. Please forgive me of all my sins Lord Jesus, I earnestly repent.  Forgive me of my sins as I forgive anyone who has ever sinned against me, I hold no grudges anymore.

You are my Saviour Lord Jesus, only you. I truly desire to serve You, Lord Jesus.  I pray that You would help me to hear Your still small voice.  Heavenly Father, I want to be baptised by the Holy Spirit right now, I want the Holy Spirit to come and abide in me;  I desire to be led by Your Holy Spirit so I can faithfully follow You and obey Your commandments.  I want the guidance and conviction of the Holy Spirit in my life.

I want to thank you for the forgiveness of ALL my sins, and the glorious gift of salvation and everlasting life You have given me.  At this very moment I acknowledge that Jesus Christ the Son of God is my Savior and according to His Word, right now I am born again, in Your mighty precious Name.

Thank You Lord Jesus, for coming into my life and thank You for saving me. Amen”

2) Continue the prayer if you need deliverance from demonic affliction – please pray the following:

Say the following with conviction and absolute FAITH that Jesus Christ IS WHO HE SAYS HE IS:

“Heavenly Father, dear Lord Jesus Christ, I ask that you please remove all demonic affliction and or possession from me. I pray this in your MIGHTY name! Thank you Lord Jesus!“

If you are fasting please stop fasting because of these 2 reasons:

1. Because it’s a work (something you do physically, a ritual of sorts) that you think will bring you closer to God and it won’t. FAITH is all in the mind, it’s a choice you make to either believe wholeheartedly in Jesus Christ or not. 
2. Because it weakens your mind, which in your case is spiritually very weak at the moment.

A Christian but plagued by a demonic spirit in your home?

Please refer to points No.3), No 4) and No.5).  If you are a Christian but were disobedient to God and sinned and brought a demonic entity into your life, or you sinned by bringing something of occult origin into your home and you find yourself plagued by a demonic entity.

“For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.” (Ecclesiastes 7:20).

BUT

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”  (1 John 1:9)

3) Getting rid of all ungodly things in your home.

If you are a Christian and you know what the offending item is, go and throw it away immediacy (destroy it so that it does not land up in the hands of someone else).

Through the conviction of the Holy Spirit you will want to throw away ALL the non Christian books you have (excluding your bible, get a KJV bible and if necessary a bible in your language – you can use the KJV bible to compare verses to make sure the translation is correct.) Throw away so called Christian books as well – if you are certain the book is genuinely Christian please keep it.  Throw away all CD’s and DVD’s that are not Christian, you can keep anything that you are certain is genuinely Christian, but if you are not 100% sure please just get rid of it.  Break those music CD’s that you have – yes even the so called ‘Christian’ ones, you have no idea if they are really Christian, probably not – Hillsong is not Christian. Any so called anointed objects, throw them away.  Any so called Christian paintings or occult pictures/paintings, tear them up and throw them away. Anything on your pc/laptop that is not biblical delete it.  Any pictures of ‘Jesus’ – this is not Jesus (no one know what He looks like), tear it up and throw it away.

You will remove everything ungodly from your house, even that African mask you have on the wall, throw it away, any statues – throw it away. Any gifts you received that have any kind of spiritual connotation, throw it away.  Anything to do with Angels – throw it away. Prayer cards – throw it away. If you are in the occult / New Age / Wicca etc., throw away everything, books, jewelry, statues, ritual items, including all your black clothes (I say throw away your black clothes because you are infatuated with wearing black as it represents evil to you).  Any Halloween items in your house, throw them away.  If you are a Buddhist, Hindu or Muslim etc., please throw away anything that connects you to these religions, including; religious texts, books, statues, paintings, jewelry and religious clothes etc.

4) If you have anything in your life that you are holding onto that is ungodly.

• Ask Jesus Christ to show you anything that is ungodly in your life.
• You will recognize the sin(s) through the conviction of the Holy Spirit who has some to abide in you once you were saved.
• Ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness of these sins, and ask Jesus Christ in prayer to change your ways through prayer by asking Jesus Christ to help you overcome your sins, and sin no more. (Keeping Ecclesiastes 7:20 in mind).

Ecclesiastes 7:20  “For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.”

For instance, did you go to a church where someone laid hands on you, or even just prayed over you.  If you have had ‘FIRE’ called down on you or the church congregation you were sitting in. (See article on Demonic FIRE spirit in church” If you speak in so called ‘heavenly’ tongues.  A false baptism of the holy spirit in water. Think of things in your life from the very personal right down to the fact that you smoke (if you smoke) ask Jesus Christ to deliver you. If you have a drinking problem – most people deny they have a problem, if you can’t go without it, you have a problem. If you like getting drunk at parties ask forgiveness for this and ask Jesus Christ to help you overcome this problem. Drug addiction, ask Jesus Christ to deliver you. If you attended 1 yoga class or more, if you meditated or soaked, centered yourself, got hooked into watching ASMR videos on Youtube, etc,.  Belief in Reincarnation, Evolution, Feminism or the belief in Karma etc.

Christian books that you bought or were given to you about peoples so called visits to Heaven and Hell and other strange doctrines or anything anointed be that a prayer cloth, oil or painting etc.  If you experienced any electricity or feelings of heat come over your body, if you convulsed, had uncontrolled twitching, have uncontrolled bodily movements, or where you ‘Slain in the Spirit’, went through a fire tunnel, etc,. If you had hands laid on you, or if people stood around you with their hands held over you and you prayed to receive ‘healing’ or ‘deliverance’, please ask for forgiveness.  If you were supposedly ‘healed’ by a preacher who laid hands on you, or anointed you with oil, etc. Please read article: Can Satan Heal?  If someone ‘prophesied’ over you in any way, told you your prophetic fortune of what God has in store for you, please ask forgives for this.  Any dreams, ask Jesus Christ to remove these dreams from you and protect your mind from Satanic attack.

If you struggle with certain things in your life that you feel you just don’t want to let go of, or you feel like something is preventing you or holding you back, realise that this is Satan at work who does not want you to ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness so that you can be delivered of any stubborn demonic entities that are attached to you.  Ask for forgiveness for following false teaching like TB Joshua for instance right down to the so called innocent preachers like John MacArthur. The Holy Spirit will convict you of who you followed and need to repent of.  Mention if you practiced breathing exercises, or ‘silence’ where you cleared you mind, or just sat in silence waiting to hear from ‘god’. Ask for forgiveness if you have committed adultery.  Had an abortion.  If you watch or are addicted to Pornography.  Homosexuality.  If you are abusive in any way to your spouse and or children, ask for forgiveness and ask Jesus Christ to be delivered from this sin in Jesus Christ’s Name.

Mention if you were visited by an angel or something posing as Jesus Christ. Mention if you hear God ‘audibly’, as in a loud voice. Mention if you practiced entering into the ‘presence of God’, or wanted to ‘hear God’s voice’. Mention if you have dreams and or visions or had your dreams interpreted or if you’ve ever been to see a Spiritualist, i.e., Tarot reader or a Medium of any kind (including Pet Mediums who speak to your dead / or run away pets) etc. Mention if you had an awakening or illumination while meditating etc. If you ever partook in a Freemasonry ritual or any other secret society ritual.  Fire walking. Practiced Martial Arts. Had Hypnosis, Reiki or been for Acupuncture to manipulate the flow of energy (Chakras) within your body etc., please ask forgives for this.  Are you experiencing sleep paralysis, which is demonic?  Ask Jesus Christ Himself to remove Satan out of your life once and for all and to protect you when you sleep.

Important:  There is no such thing as generational curses.  When you are born again this curse is immediately broken as you are are now a new creature in Jesus Christ.

“The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.” (Deu 24:16).

But please ask for forgiveness and ask Jesus Christ to remove any demonic affliction in your life where you willfully or were forced to partake in anything demonic with family members or friends, for example; a Tarot card reading, or played with a home made Ouija board or Glassy Glassy (there are many other games kids play) especially in school or parties. Even that Magic 8 Ball ‘toy’ is far from being just a toy.  Children watching evil cartoons on TV is a brilliant way for Satan to gain entry into a child’s life.  It happened many years ago to someone I know personally who was tormented by demons during the day, on a daily basis just through watching, accepting and enjoying Thunder Cats, Ninja Turtles and other evil cartoons.

If you can see demonic spirits, ‘ghosts’ or have seen people that have passed away etc., please ask forgiveness for this, as this is clairvoyance and you need to be delivered from this.  Ask Jesus Christ to remove this demonic ability from you. Also mention music, including so called ‘Christian’ music that you are addicted to listening too. If you are addicted to heavy metal music, including Christian heavy metal (There is no such thing as Christian heavy metal, it’s a lie from the pit of hell), rock music or even pop music for that matter please ask forgiveness for this, you need deliverance from this, music and lyrics plays a big role in the life of so many who think it’s not harming them spiritually, but it is. There are so many things I have not mentioned because there are just too many evil things in this world to list. Ask Jesus Christ to remind you of all things in your life, let the Holy Spirit convict you of your sin and repent of it.

The crux of deliverance is this:

You are asking Jesus to forgive you of these things you have done.  Now you are making a FINAL STAND and you are choosing JESUS CHRIST over Satan and you are sincerely wanting to change your ways.

Let me remind you again:

Resist means to:

Stand against Satan and all the evil he stands for and submit to Jesus Christ and His Word and Satan has no choice but to flee from you.

To break free from very strong demonic affliction is not easy and can take time if you are not spiritually strong enough – especially if Satan has weakened ones mind through continuous onslaught.  There were times where the Disciples in the bible (even though they were spiritually strong  struggled to cast demons out of people, and had to pray long and hard and needed to fast – because they did not believe, they had little faith.

Mar 9:28-29 “And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out? And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.”

If this happens, I know it will be difficult but do not fear, it’s only there to cause fear.  Do not communicate with it, do not request it’s name, you use the Word of God only to force it to leave, it has NO choice, Jesus Christ’s Word is FINAL,  Jesus Christ has CONQUERED Satan at the cross, you already have the VICTORY through Jesus Christ the Son of God:

You can read the following verses out aloud. This is not vein repetition, you can read all these verses or choose your own from the list below – you don’t have to mention the verses at the end as Satan knows the bible well:

You say out loud in TOTAL FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST HAVING VICTORY ON THE CROSS: 

“Jesus Christ the Son of God says;

“Ye shall not fear them: for the LORD your God he shall fight for you” (Deu 3:22)

“The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence, I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies” (2 Sam 22:3-4)

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.” (Isa 54:17)”So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” (Isa 59:19)

“Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”  (Matt 4:10)

“Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels” (Matt 25:41)

“But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Cor 15:57)

“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.” (2 Cor 2:14)

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” (2 Cor 10:3-5)

I will be strong in the Lord, I will “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Eph 6:11-12)

“And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.” (Cor 2:15)

“And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” (2 Tim 4:18)

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (Js 4:7)

“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world”  (1 John 4:4)

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God.” (1 John 5:4-5)

Ask Jesus Christ to remove the demonic entity from your home immediately. 

Say “Jesus Christ commands you to leave this house immediately, this home belongs to Jesus Christ the Son of God. LEAVE!”

You and your house now serves the Lord and no evil is welcome.

Joshua 24:15-16
15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. 16 And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to serve other gods;  [Emphasis added]

If need be repeat all the verses below again. If you want choose your own bible verses, you can even use the verse above “but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD” (Joshua 24:15).  Keep repeating God’s Word until the demonic entity has fled.

Say out loud: “[I] Submit [myself] yourselves therefore to God. [I will] Resist the devil, and he will flee from [me] you” (Js 4:7)”

Say “Jesus Christ commands you to leave this house immediately, this home belongs to Jesus Christ the Son of God. LEAVE!”

Say this with confidence, as Jesus Christ has already won the battle and because you are now a born again child of God, that battle has been won for you and you have the authority to use Jesus Christ’s name because you are now a child of God. Keep saying this until all demonic manifestations have left your home. You will get resistance, and they might try stop you by confusing your mind that you can’t think properly, or tell you that you are not strong enough.  It’s not you who is strong, it’s Jesus Christ the Son of God who is the One who defeated Satan on the cross who is strong.  Just keep using God’s Word against them so that they will leave your home and your life, in Jesus Christ’s name.  Important to note:  When Jesus was in the wilderness being tested by Satan (Matthew 4:1-11) He did not have a conversation with Satan when Satan tested Him, He quoted the Word of God only against Satan and he fled.

Thank Jesus Christ from the bottom of your heart and worship Him by thanking Him for what He has done for you. Start reading your bible (not other books) and stop following all false doctrine.  How do you know if what you are following or believing in is false?  The Holy Spirit will warn you.  And you test what people tell you against the Word of God. If it does not tie up 100% to what the bible says, then it is false.  You stop immediately, ask Jesus for forgiveness for believing it and move on to the Truth.  Please read:  Testing the Spirits – True Spiritual Discernment

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:” (1 Peter 5:8)

6) How do we stop Satan from attacking us after we are born again?

The Bible exhorts believers to war against the enemy:

• by not remaining ignorant of his schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11);
• by submitting to God (James 4:7),
• being sober and alert and resistant to him (Ephesians 4:27; James 4:7; 1 Peter 5:8), and
• by not speaking lightly of him (Jude 8; 2 Peter 2:10).

We put on the whole armour of God with God’s help:  put on the shield of faith which quenches attacks from Satan, put on the helmet of salvation by believing that Jesus Christ died for your sins and rose again, and finally the sword of the spirit which is the Word of God.

You apply these pieces of armour daily, you arm yourself by obeying God’s commandments, repenting to Jesus Christ when you sin and ask Jesus Christ to help you to not sin again, and in doing so guard yourself against any attack from Satan. 

5 Defensive Pieces of Armor:

• you gird your waist with truth (Ephesians 6:11-18),
• put on breastplate of righteousness (Ephesians 6:11-18),
• shod your feet with preparation of the gospel of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 6:11-18),
• put on the shield of faith which quenches attacks from Satan (Ephesians 6:11-18),
• put on the helmet of salvation by believing that Jesus Christ died for your sins and rose again. (Ephesians 6:11-18),

2 Offensive Weapons:  

• sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:11-18),
• always pray (Ephesians 6:11-18).

These are the only means by which we may firmly stand against the devil.   

(Ephesians 6:12)   “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”
