Miriam Franklin – End Times Prophetic Words ‘Prophetess’ a Fraud? [UPDATED]
I was hit with the news that Miriam Franklin from the website, www.endtimespropheticwords.wordpress.com has been sued for multiple counts of fraud.
I hope Miriam Franklin is NOT Guilty of these crimes. NEWS UPDATE – It has been proved without a shadow of a doubt that Miriam Franklin from Endtimes Prophetic Words, is the same Miriam Rosalind Franklin who owned Diggory Press. (read comments below)

[Notes by DTW – Yes, it is unfortunate that Miriam from ETPF is the same Miriam Rosalind Franklin from Diggory Press and Meadow books publishing.
DTW will now analyse the situation from a Biblical perspective as to why things when so wrong. After reading her blog especially the comments section where people asked Miriam questions the following became very clear:
ERROR No.1 She does not believe in a pre-tribulational rapture, because her eschatology beliefs are Post-Tribulational. (Apologies, I thought she was amillennial, but Byron supplied a comment below showing me she was not.)
ERROR No.2 ETPF does not distinguish the church from Israel in their dispensations, this is called replacement theology.
ERROR No.3 She has clairvoyance and believes she can see into the future – she says she has a 100% track record yet NON of her prophecies have come true – therefore she is a FALSE PROPHET.
False prophets love to not put dates on their prophecies. The fact of the matter is this, just one false prophecy makes you a False Prophet. So if she spoke 10 prophecies and 9 came true and 1 was false she is a False Prophet because God did not speak to her. Satan to can predict the future, especially since he is making it happen.
So how do we know she is false:
1) There are no such things are Prophets in this day and age
2) All genuine prophets are mentioned in the Bible
3) A Genuine prophet of God has a 100% track record
4) All genuine prophets prophecies pointed to Jesus Christ and all genuine prophecies and visions were written down to form the Word of God
5) Jesus Christ came and fulfilled all Prophecies
6) Everything we need to know is now written in the Bible
7) The Bible is our Lord Jesus Christ in published form (Jesus is the Word of God)
8) Jesus then gave us the Holy Spirit who now abides in us and leads us into ALL TRUTH
9) If you want to know anything, the Holy Spirit will point you to Jesus Christ
10) If you want to know anything, the Holy Spirit will show you in the Bible because in the Bible is EVERYTHING you need to know
Rev 19:10 “And I fell down before his feet to worship him. And he saith unto me, See thou do it not: I am a fellow-servant with thee and with thy brethren that hold the testimony of Jesus: worship God; for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” We read here that John receives a “prophetic revelation” and falls down to “worship” the giver of this prophesy. He is “corrected” and pointed to the source of Prophecy.
We are in a relationship with God and He has given you His Spirit and He will lead you into all Truth. We do not need a “medium” to come and tell us what God wants to do in my live. No, we have His Spirit and the Word and That is ALL we need.
Now the fruit of her life has been exposed through her wheeling and dealings:
So first her doctrine is wrong which leads to incorrect ideas that she is a prophet and this shows as bad fruit in her life through theft.

End Time Prophetic Words Author Sued for Fraud
It would seem that the self-proclaimed prophet over at End Time Prophetic Words has been sued in England on multiple counts of Business Fraud and Extortion. Rosalind Miriam Franklin owns the publishing house Diggory Press. At the current time, there are no less than 83 authors trying to recover royalties, manuscripts and other services. There have been two court hearings and the next is scheduled for October.
Miriam claims:
End Times Visions and Christian prophecy for the church and for the nations from a servant of God called to speak God’s word (Miriam Franklin): bringing prophecies and prophetic words of revelation, warning of End Times apostasy and lukewarm Christianity, and trying to bring people’s hearts, minds and souls back to the Lord their God.
Evidently, she’s called to speak God’s word, just not obey it.
Here is the nutshell version from one of the defrauded authors:

First of all, thanks to all the authors who have taken the time to email their experiences with Mrs Franklin these past months, and especially to those of you who have sent in statements of fact to be presented in Court.
Thank you.We now have seventy authors who have engaged Mrs Franklin’s ‘services’ since 2006 who feel they have just cause for complaint. Most report non-payment of royalties; overcharging; rudeness and aggression; and (in many cases) being attacked and falsely accused in emails if they dare to air any concerns or make enquiries about the status of their accounts.
Several aggrieved authors have already taken independent action via the Small Claims Court in order to secure the monies owed to them, and despite Mrs Franklin’s increasingly desperate attempts to stall or circumvent the process, some are reporting success. Approximately three weeks ago for example, one County Court Judgment was enforced against Diggory Press to the tune of around £1,400 UK pounds. But when PayPal tried to refund monies to another aggrieved Diggory client recently, Mrs F made sure there was nothing in the account.
Meanwhile, Mrs Franklin continues to use every trick in the book to avoid being accountable to her clients; obfuscation; feigning illness; claiming not to have received recorded documents; and the usual litany of lies, exaggerations, and false counter-accusations levied at anyone who dares to stand up to her.
Most of you will be aware that both Private Eye Magazine and The Guardian Newspaper have written articles on the situation, and we have now had two Court hearings in Cornwall. At the first hearing in August, ‘The Seventeen’ presented their Small Claims together in the hope that we would be of mutual support to each other. However, amongst many other false accusations, Mrs Franklin accused several of us of ‘fraud and conspiracy’ etc., which, despite the evidence to the contrary, obliged the Judge to schedule our cases to be heard on a ‘Multi-Track’ basis. In effect, this means scheduling the cases to a higher Court that will cost remaining claimants £1,000 each to proceed.
Naturally (and quite understandably) under the advice of the Judge, several claimants felt more inclined to try to mediate with Mrs Franklin rather than pay another £1,000 – often much more than they were claiming in the first place. It is worth noting however, that of the four-or-five claimants who agreed withdrawal terms with Mrs F – none have reported receiving monies back, despite Mrs F’s promises to the contrary. In frustration, three of them had to reinstate their claims again in Court. It now appears Mrs F’s main intention was to use those mediation agreements to ‘run out the clock’ on Court deadlines, and thus have claims struck out by default.
As things stand at present, a small but determined group of us continue to press ahead with our claims – despite a withering flood of false counter-accusations and exorbitant counter-claims from Mrs F. At the latest hearing on Dec 10th, the Judge admonished Mrs F on several occasions-as well as in writing-for the rude and uncivil manner in which she referred to certain claimants. He also drew her attention to the absurdity (although he didn’t use that word) of her counter-claim for £1,045,185 against myself – especially all the undocumented ‘costs and damages’ she seems to have pulled out of thin air. The result of the latest hearing was that we are now scheduled for a full-blown five-day civil trial sometime in 2009, where (if we get that far) we fully expect an outright win to all the remaining cases. However, given the amount of ‘evidence’ Mrs F is going to have to magic into existence if she has any hope whatsoever of presenting a reasonable or rational defence… some of us will be surprised if we ever do get to trial. It is not unreasonable to anticipate Mrs F being unable to present a coherent case or defence at the document disclosure stage – and therefore being liable for all our costs, expenses, and damages…
As always, I have to be careful about how I present the information here, but in response to many requests by aggrieved authors, may I advise that you take the following steps if you wish to extricate yourself from Mrs F’s / Diggory Press / Exposure Publishing influence:
- Write or email to RF formally cancelling your contract
- Request a full account statement and payment of royalties due (you should not have to pay for this).
- If you are not happy with the response, then write to Lightning Source (printer-distributors) with a copy of your ‘cancellation’ notice to RF, and advise them you are ‘in dispute’ with RF, and that she no longer has your permission to publish your copyrighted work. Lightning Source should NOT print any more of your books under these circumstances.
- Contact Neilsen Bookdata (UK-Europe) and Bowkers (USA) and advise you wish to have that ISBN ‘suspended’ or ‘abandoned’ as per 1 and 3 above. Their options are limited if Mrs F actually owns the ISBN – but every complaint counts, and they can eventually stop selling her more ISBNs.
- Lodge a Small Claims Court action via the HMCS website (Her Majesty’s Court Service).
- Once you have done this, feel free to contact me and I will advise as best I can how you might republish your book at minimum cost and inconvenience.
- Tell as many people as you can about your experiences.
Meanwhile, we are investigating why Mrs F publishes titles under different imprints. Although illegal in the US, and a ‘highly irregular’ practice in the UK, we will have to wait for more data before sharing any conclusions.
Finally – I paste below a couple of Internet links that will take you to a couple of other ‘manifestations’ of our good Mrs Franklin. On one site she poses deceptively as an ‘independent author’ who just happens to believe that Diggory Press is simply the most wonderful thing to have ever tumbled from the heavenly realm.. and, whilst repeatedly denying she is affiliated with Diggory, advises all who will listen to take their business there.. http://selfpublishingnews.wordpress.com/about/
And the second site – only recently discovered – is where Rosalind claims to be an end-times prophetess no less – in direct touch with God Himself! Given our knowledge of who ‘Miriam Franklin’ really is, I believe it’s fair to say that the posts on that site (many of which condemn liars, false prophets, charlatans and the like) beggars belief. The scary part is that the site has apparently registered over 2 million hits – on the prophetess’ words of wisdom, prophecies and revelations, as well as many ‘divinely-inspired’ judgments on various individuals and religions whom she personally deems to be apostate / heretical / or downright demon-possessed..
For example, the prophetess says..
“The charlatans a-plenty who do not fear man, God or Beast are out to fleece the vulnerable and undiscerning for every last dime… Then there are the more sinister ones who intentionally prey like vultures – …who disguise themselves as angels of light… Satan knows scripture, (and very well), albeit he twists it for his own ungodly purposes. He is a good counterfeiter, looks, walks and talks almost like a real Christian.”Trust me, this is even better than fiction folks.. The allegations against Miriam are NOT false. The information she has given out, however, is as big a whopper as a Big Mac. She started endless sites to defame and discredit Stephen Manning who headed up the authors who were defrauded by Miriam. When baliffs went to collect on the judgment awarded Manning et al, it is reported there were NO signs of injuries. Miriam claimed to have “injuries” to her hands prohibiting her from writing and performing musically. At the same time this untruth was told, Miriam was busy creating websites to attempt to discredit Stephen Manning. Regarding the comment that Miriam is “clairvoyant”, I’ve long thought she dabbled in the occult and witchcraft especially when she used a term in an “expose” where she said Todd Bentley was doing “a bad cold reading”. Miriam’s company has also published books that have occult overtones. Miriam is always right – everyone else is wrong. I know of countless individuals who have asked her “hard” questions – those questions are never answered and the poster is blocked further from her website.
Miriam has long forgotten – or never knew – that God said “vengeance” is HIS! Anyone who DARES to ever challenge Miriam becomes fodder for her obsessive criticism and vitriol.

I am the twin brother of Rosalind of Diggory Press. I have written elsewhere on the subject under my own name and that of ‘inquisitor’.
I’m not answering personal questions about her and won’t be getting into any debate here.
Diggory were the cheapest uk publisher, around 1000 titles were published and so far despite the protracted internet hate campaign orchectrated by stephen manning of checkpoint press so far I have yet to see much actual evidence for this.
Just it might be worthwhile to closer examine the allegations against her and look at the current and past legal situation. As neither the police or trading standards were prepared to take the case on originally it became a civil matter. Assuming the judge has seen all the evidence, I feel the court’s verdict is more important than the unverifiable opinions of often misinformed bloggers, many of whom had their own hidden agendas including the director of checkpoint press, dr stephen manning.

Except only a few, maybe half a dozen (never had a straight answer from Dr stephen manning on this despite repeated requests where it has been discussed before) bothered to attend court. Maybe they had a genuine case, I don’t know.
Claims of the serious criminal offences of fraud, theft, extortion etc from a business competitor should be taken as just opinions without a court ruling to confirm that. He had his day in court, and he won. What he forgot to mention was the verdict: He was awarded just 80 pounds uk. In his ‘court report’ the all important verdict was NOT mentioned…although derogatory comments about her dress sense and her husband were included. This 80 pound judgement is being appealed later this month I understand. Dr manning really, really wants to win this appeal otherwise this whole fraud and extortion thing may just be a lot of hot air.
As to whether it would be worthwhile using baliffs to collect just 80 pounds is doubtful, also as the case is subject to appeal I’m not even sure if the amount was payable. Three years down the line and so many of his claims have yet to be verified.

As for ‘the guardian’ and ‘private eye’ columns, Newspapers know that the crippling costs of libel action effectively allow them to write what they want about others and often do. To date neither publication has seen fit to update the outcome of the court’s rulings.
As for the ETPW angle, I have yet to see any firm evidence for the connection between Diggory and ETPW. Note quite sure of it’s relevance anyway.

No rhyme … nor reason
As well as my day job, I write and perform poetry. I have been asked many times for printed copies of my verse. I found Diggory Press in Cornwall – a “print-on-demand publisher” – in early June. I paid £279 through Paypal for its “silver service” which promised to produce books from a computer disk to a high standard, including full colour covers.
Since then, I have had nothing despite repeated emails. I complained to Paypal but fell foul of its 45-day limit on complaints. Please help.

Diggory Press promises much on its impressive website – and features satisfied authors including Conservative MP Bill Wiggin who wrote a glowing testimonial about a book he wrote.
But you paid three months ago to have a volume of poetry printed and now the process has ground to a halt.
You were told you would get the books by early August at the latest – instead, you have no volumes to sell while Diggory has your money and does not respond to your emails.
Yours is not an isolated case. Capital Letters knows of at least 15 disappointed authors, many now using the legal process to demand refunds from £300 to more than £5,000.
Diggory is run by director Rosalind Miriam Franklin, 38 and her husband Nigel, 44. She also runs Kingdom Come Publishing whose “statement of faith” states it “has received a mandate to go forth to the Nations, offering new authors a chance to impact the world with the gifts God has entrusted to them”.
Capital Letters sent several emails to Franklin. Other than an acknowledgement, there was no response.
There is no phone. The site says: “We are extremely busy. We do not deal with authors by telephone – ever – without exception.”
As for Paypal, its 45-day limit is simply not fit for any purchase which was always going to take a long time to deliver by its very nature.

this i believe all started about 3 years back when miriam was exposing todd bentley and his false ministry. rehab at rahabsplace is a super super fan and a devotie of todd bentley, C peter wagner and the whole crowd. i saw a comment thread on miriams blog where she and rahab went back and forth at each other. rehab believes todd bentley is an annoited man of God and miriam does not. so rehab did not like the fact that miriam was exposing her heroes and their heresies, and i believe this is how this whole thing began. my guess is, after the comment thread ended rehab decided to go digging about miriam on internet, and then came accross this diggory case against someone called rosalind miriam franklin.
i guess after rehab could not find any dirt on miriam franklin, she decided to accuse miriam of being rosalind miriam franklin, and claimed that miriam had probably changed her name.what rahab and manning are not upfront with you about is the fact that the accused is someone named Rosalind Miriam Franklin, not miriam franklin. (whether or not the two know each other is still something ive not figured out yet). i have not looked into this issue for a while now, and i dont claim to know or have all the facts.

i have to say also deborah, that im so dissapointed by the way you presented this post. what does your disagreements with miriam have to do with worldly issue like this. i for one do not agree with everything you have on this blog, but if i come across any accusation about you on the internet, im not all of a sudden going to say; “ahaaa…it must be true, because there are some things on her blog i disagree with”.

it is true that miriam was attacked. after trying to get someone on her blog to respond about her status and getting no response, i went on her youtube page and posted a pm there. someone did get back to me. i will try to para phrase what they said in a nutshell. my question was, where is miriam, how is she doing and if there is going to be any new posts on her blog etc. and the response i got was: miriam is still not well at all after her attack, he/she said a breakthrough is really needed and that she was suffering so much because of her injuries. they also mentioned that she is suffering also financialy as she is not able to work while recuperating.they said the slanders and threats against her were getting worse and affecting everyone around her (family,friends). they said the moderator on her blog had to stop moderating the blog because he too was being threatened and slandered, so he stopped moderating to protect his family. (they did not give me any hope of miriam coming back to blog any time soon at all, but emphasized that ONLY a miracle from God will give miriam a break through).
there used to be a thread on endtimespropheticwords blog where people could post latest news articles, but it was removed along with the about this blog page. i dont know if you were aware of it or not. but i asked some questions about miriam on it and someone responded. i will try to paraphrase what i gathered from there.
aparently, miriam had taken a break from blogging, and during that time was attacked by some people that she had exposed on her blog (the NARiez), but the injuries were not as bad as the latest attack. and apparently the threats against her also escalated because she had gathered a lot of damning evidence against some big leaders in the apostate church system and wanted to post them on her blog. this info that she has on them is so serious that if it came out, the exposed leaders would be so shamed that it might even cost them their ministries. that is why they are apparently keeping up the pressure and threatening her to not even mention their names of her blog. and i was also told that they told miriam that they would be watching her every move, even on her blog. that info has still not been posted to date.
i have to say that these people sound more to me like the mafia than the church, but we know that they are not part of the church, because Jesus said; by their fruits you will know them. and i must say anyone associated with todd bentley or c peter wagner and all their leaderships; their fruit stinks, and is not of God at all. and if any of them read this, i want to say to them: may the Lord Jesus rebuke you!
in the latest attack, miriam had gone to some church where the pastors in question were abusing their flock. she was prophesying to them and telling them to repent and stop abusing their flock, when she got attacked by the same pastors. and aparently the attack was really really bad and made the first attack look like a walk in the park.
i asked if she had gone to the hospital and if she had pressed charges. i was told that because miriam considers it a church issue, she refused to press charges, saying that she will let God and the church judge the issue, and did not want to drag church issues into the worldly system.about going to the hospital i was told that, she had gone to the hospital, but unfortunately because of the extent of her injuries she was still in very bad condition. one other thing i was told is that miriam did not want to make a post on her blog about the attack, because she does not want any focus/or spotlight on herself, but rather on God.
all the comments i made asking questions about miriam, and the responses that followed were all removed by the moderator who left a message saying ‘comment moved to relevant post’. i left another comment asking where the relevant post was but i never got a response. but i understand why they removed them. its because they probably thought they were revealing too much info about miriam and her family and might make her even more vulnerable. the person responding to questions was also very reluctant to say somethings,saying she was not sure if it might make her attackers mad or not.so i think they were removed for that purpose.im also going to withhold some info that i was told, because from my own judgement it might be too personal.
having said that, i really feel bad now for revealing what i know, not knowing if im helping miriam by saying what im saying here, or making things worse by putting her family in more danger. i know it is not my place to make the call, but i couldn’t let this slander by rahab and manning migrate to this blog and not say anything about it. may the Lord have mercy on Miriam Franklin and her family in the name of Jesus Christ. Arise oh Lord, and let your enemies be scattered! in the name of Jesus Christ.
all i ask is that you please pray for miriam and ask that the Lord have mercy on her and give her a miracle and speedy recovery, do not let satan and his agents distract you or anyone reading this from praying for our sister in the Lord.
let me comment about the ‘donate button’ on her blog. that one did suprise me because i know for a fact that miriam would not accept any donations on her blog, she would always say give it to the poor, and i did respect her for that because that was very biblical. somebody had posted a comment on her blog asking the moderator about the donate button and even called it a red flag. the moderator’s response was something like: ‘they had talked to miriam about letting the church support her if they choose to since she is not able to work because of her injuries. even though miriam was in disagreement with it, he said they had to make an executive decision and put it there because she does need the help during this difficult time she is in. he also mentioned that miriam had operated that blog the whole time she was there and paid for some of the features on it and never asked for any donations, but worked to support her family instead.’ i for one do not see anything wrong with helping out a sister in need. those who want to support her will, and those who dont want to support her will not. and there is nothing wrong with that.

its only part of the discussion about the case between Stephen T Manning and Rosalind Franklin of Diggory Press. i thought it might give you an idea of what went on in court.
Diggory Press v Stephen T Manning Court Case. DIGITAL FILES – THEFT AND EXTORTION
…To explain this a little bit more clearly for technophobes – it’s rather like if you go and get something printed at an old fashioned printers (i.e. a non digital printers that use print plates). Even though the printer may design your item of stationery for you, and then create print plates especially for your stationery, and then print off your stationery items using these same print plates, you as this printer’s customer would have no right of ownership to the valuable print plates he used to produce your item. You’d only have rights to the end item, the actual stationery produced. You could not take that printer’s plates to use at another printers for a new print run! Unless of course, you bought the plates from the first printers by separate negotiation. (It’s possible also that the printer’s design for your stationery would be copyrighted, so if you produced ‘knock off’ items on your photocopier or at another printers you could also be breaching the printer’s copyright and breaking the law.)
Manning took Rosalind Franklin personally (not the Diggory Press Ltd company she worked for) to the small claims court, suing her for “his” digital files along with a load of other concocted nonsense he’d made up to smear her. This was part of Manning’s ongoing harassment against Rosalind, an openly Christian businesswoman.
The small claims court is a civil (not criminal court) where anyone can attempt to sue anyone else for pretty much anything – it does not mean their claim has any truth or substance to it whatsoever, or is even against the right person to being with. (Manning even had the brazenness to claim relief from court fees to make his abusive, fictitious and harassing claims, but that’s another story.)
So anyway there was a court case between Manning and Rosalind Franklin of Diggory Press where a judge heard evidence about Manning’s digital files claim.
Rosalind Franklin of Diggory Press Ltd when giving evidence on this issue explained it to the court by equating it to a professional wedding photographer taking photos at a wedding. The photographer takes “your pictures”, using your face, in your environment at your wedding, having been ordered by you and paid for by your money; and he’s working on your behalf in response to your specific requests. You are entitled to purchase pictures taken under this deal from the photographer as many times as you like in the future, however you would NOT be entitled to have outright ownership of the negativescontaining “your images” of “your occasion” (unless this was separately stipulated in the contract). And you would also be technically breaking the photographer’s copyright if you tried to bypass the photographer and get prints of his work elsewhere, or otherwise tried to copy it by scanning it or photocopying it. In such a way, Rosalind Franklin successfully argued, digital files were like the negatives of the book, and the author had no rights to demand them for free, especially and even more so when the contract between Diggory Press Ltd and Manning clearly stipulated that digital files remained the property of the publisher and would have to be purchased by separate negotiation.
Under such circumstances, any newly-wed trying to sue his wedding photographer for “his” negatives, and any author trying to sue the printers for “his” print plates would be laughed out of court – rather as Manning was, the judge ruling in Rosalind Franklin and Diggory Press’s favour in November 2009 that Manning had no right to the digital files Diggory Press had worked on for him – which, of course, Manning had known all along anyway.
The evidence illustrates Manning had not been innocently mistaken. The abundant evidence shows that Manning knew the files were not his to keep from day one. This is shown in his own emails on the issue before his failed extortion attempt, as well as the clear contract between him and Diggory which was not in tiny print, plus there is more damning evidence from his own Checkpoint Press publishing website which I’ll go into shortly. Also, IF these digital files were Manning’s property, then once the finalised files had been checked over and authorised by Manning, Manning would have then used these files directly with the printers for himself instead of continuing to use Diggory Press as the middleman once the publishing process was over, as he did in fact do. He would not have placed orders for books with DP but with the printers direct instead. So his behaviour for many months after the files were finished for him makes no sense unless he is lying now, which we, of course, assert.
Rosalind Franklin has consistently stated to the courts and the police that Manning is not innocent – he is a criminal, a serial blackmailer who was trying to extort these valuable files along with some money from Diggory Press, with the threat to smear her and her business if she did not give into his unreasonable demands. She refused, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Diggory Press as a company, and RF as a person, have had one of the most sustained, lying, hateful and vindictive orchestrated smear campaigns conducted against them possible. This is in addition to everything else behind the scenes such as death threats, And for what? All for Manning’s greed – and a sick pleasure at taunting and punishing his prey for not giving into him, boasting he is teaching them a lesson. Even though Manning’s first alleged extortion attempt failed, Manning is allegedly carrying on lying, smearing, threatening, bullying, intimidating and harassing his prey with the hope that she will crack and bow under all the relentless pressure and pay him off.
Manning by his writings demonstrates an evident hatred against professing evangelical Christians like Rosalind Franklin so this may be an additional motive for his harassment. Certainly Manning taunts her regularly calling her deluded for holding her professed beliefs. Manning has revealed he hated that Rosalind Franklin and Diggory Press helped produce a Christian charity’s “non tolerant” book which showed up religious cults and sects including the Unification church (the Moonies) to which Manning and his spouse (that he was married to in a Moonie mass wedding ceremony) have had long term associations. So who knows all this criminal’s additional motives in this campaign other than ‘pure’ greed for filthy lucre and personal ambition.
The ironic thing for all their vilification is that Diggory Press Ltd had been so good to Manning and had significantly undercharged him. Rosalind Franklin personally had gone more than the extra mile with Manning at a tiny price, and had graciously put up with him taking a lot of liberties even before he made his extortive demands. She personally, and the company, gave an excellent service at a fraction of all the other firms out there – doing literally ten times more for authors, at literally ten times less the price charged by most other self publishing operators. It was no wonder that in a tainted industry Diggory Press shone and had such an impeccable reputation, and no wonder they were growing so rapidly with so many repeat customers. Until Manning started to smear them, that is.
For a web based business dependant on getting custom through the web, mud sticks. And one malicious man can pretend to be many people from the safety of his computer, and make it appear something has gone on to “the many” that has not even happened to the one. Diggory Press WERE too good to be true, but only because Rosalind was a mug and charged too little for what she did. But for those what suspected it was too good to be true, when they heard the mud they were all too inclined to believe it.
In addition to all Manning’s lies against Diggory Press and Rosalind Franklin and any other innocents caught in the path – hundreds and hundreds of Manning lies, ever evolving, constantly contradicting – and an ongoing barrage of other dirty tricks, threats and harassment, Manning did dirty things like entering multiple false claims against Diggory Press Ltd in the small claims court (alleging anything damaging he could make up), and then going to the press and saying “Diggory Press have all these claims against them for fraud, theft, abuse etc etc ..” and the press printed that as fed to them by Manning without checking it out. This sounded terrible and did make their name mud, but what the reckless press did not report was all these claims were all nonsense claims entered and paid and sponsored for by Manning, operator of a wannabe rival business, Checkpoint Press, and that none of these claims had any truth or substance to them – some of these claims even used false names!
Some of these claims were so bogus it was laughable (e.g. the person, “VK’ who was not even a customer claiming £250 for the loss of an unsolicited CD disc she’d supposedly sent into DP), – laughable claims that is, if it had not had such a devastating affect on Rosalind and her business, and also the genuine Diggory Press customers who suffered because of Manning’s criminal and perjurious activity which in time affected all of them…
Rosalind Miriam Franklin and Miriam Franklin are one and the same.

The facts of the Diggory issue are that a number of us spent a great deal of time, effort and money in the British Courts taking on Rosalind Miriam Franklin on charges of deliberate fraud and deception, and although a good number of claimants had to drop out along the way due to the costs of continuing and intimidation from Mrs Franklin, we eventually won our case in Nov 2009. And yes, Rosalind Miriam Franklin of Diggory Press is one and the same as ‘Miriam Franklin’ the self-proclaimed prophetess.

The very well-informed ‘ItsHellWithoutJesus’ above also deceptively refers to websites that were in fact constructed by Rosalind Miriam Franklin. These are only three of ten such websites Mrs Franklin cloned and put online after losing the Court case. We eventually got fed up writing to Internet agencies to shut down these defamatory websites, and are now preparing a civil case for defamation against Mrs Franklin and her twin brother Brendan O’Neill (of Birmingham UK)- the two persons we can definitely identify as being behind these websites. Mr Brendan O’Neill by the way, is at the moment being investigated by the police for his part in another criminal online attack that attempted to draw ‘unwanted paramilitary attentions’ to my family and myself recently. So you can see folks, that these are not particularly nice people – despite Mrs Franklin’s questionable claims to being a prophetess..
I am a firm believer in standing up for what is right Deborah – which is why I would not lie down and let Mrs Franklin get away with her multiple offences, and thankfully we received a great deal of support from scores of other decent people she had defrauded. There was never any malicious agenda against Mrs Franklin, her businesses, or her beliefs – just a grim determination to see the Court cases to conclusion – no matter what she threw at us. It was a thoroughly disillusioning and disheartening experience to go through, but finally, after three-and-a-half years and five different Courts, the Judge gave his findings..

And by the way, Mrs Franklin was never physically attacked – at least not when she said she was. We saw her in Court just a few days after those claims went online, and the only thing she was suffering from (as far as we could see) was an attitude of incredible arrogance, and utter disrespect for the Court.
There is literally no point in trying to debate an issue online when one’s opponent has no respect for the truth, and absolutely no moral scruples. My own integrity rests on the facts displayed on the Rogues Gallery; my reputation amongst those who know me personally; those who have done business with me; the outcome of the Court cases, and the fact that I do not hide behind pseudonyms.

The agenda here is clear. It is not truth or justice, it is simply vengeance and malice against those of us who exposed the uncomfortable truth. Conducting these cyber-trials online is a cowardly response by those already proven guilty by the justice system. If Brendan O’Neill or ‘ItsHellWithoutJesus’ (whoever she may be?) have any evidence whatsoever that we have at any time done anything illegal, then they should of course take their concerns to the authorities.

I read about this sometime last year and, finding it hard to believe, did some digging online. It does appear that there is more than one Miriam Franklin in England (which is extremely common, as I’ve encountered at least one woman with the exact same name as myself… and not to speak of my brother who shares the exact first and last name with several other men).
Anyway, the publisher party denies any connection to or knowledge of the MF of the end time prophecy website, and vice versa. I never sensed any vindictive attitude during the years I followed MF’s prophecy blog, not in her postings and not in her comments/conversations with visitors.
It is not hard to believe, that the enemies of GOD are at play here… LORD knows they have plenty of reason to try and discredit this woman. I have not seen any sufficient evidence for me to doubt Miriam’s prophecies. I pray that she’s doing well. GOD is always in control.

I think the thing I want to establish is, is the Miriam Frankin from ETPW the same Rosalind Miriam Franklin from Diggory Press.
How did you come to the conclusion first time round that the MF from ETPW was the same RMF who owns Diggory Press?
Is it possible that the reason Rosalind never had any signs of being attacked when you saw her is court was because she is not the same Miriam Franklin who owns ETPW?
Please excuse me for asking these questions, but I need to understand that we are 100% dealing with the same person here.

Actually he isn’t, and if he really was I really doubt the police would be asking Stephen Manning to broadcast their ongoing investigations all over the internet for them. I have actually contacted the police on this (the claimed ongoing investigation) matter myself. His ‘uk cyber crimes’ organisation don’t even exist, or certainly not by that name.

Even Manning really does have any history with the British Army, I question whether if it really would make him a target for the IRA now. There are tens of thousands of ex-serviceman who are quite open about their past service records, most of whom will have had done several tours of Northern Ireland as was the norm for any squaddie at the time. Also I doubt if the paramilitaries really need to refer to online internet slanging matches for their intelligence. It seemed to me at the time a rather clumsy attempt to get paramilitaries to do other people’s dirty work. As to who was setting who up that is unclear too.
My posts were hardly supporting the malicious and unproven rumors being written about him on that forum. What is good for the Goose ain’t good for the Gander in my book. The only reason I commented on the thread was as he initially accused my Sister of being behind it, then myself, then locals on the island, then local police… I think the words ‘barking’ and ‘mad’ come to mind. And this nutter really thinks he has a right to sue others for defamation.

Even Brendan referred to his twin sister as “rmf” – initials for Rosalind Miriam Franklin. At another site where someone was taking Rosalind/Miriam to task for being a “false” prophet”, Miriam ran to her own defense with a very belitting reply and said “refer to me as ‘Miriam'”, not Rosalind.
Miriam started a blog in 2007 and posted on 2 sites regarding same blog and signing off as “Rosalind Franklin”.
You all are analyzing this way too logically – use your inner witness aka discernment.
Secondly, I’d have a very hard time believing the “tale” “ItshellwithoutJesus” has presented even if I’d never heard of Diggory Press, Rosalind Miriam Franklin, Miriam Franklin and/or ETPW.
That’s some wild tale – I don’t believe one iota of it. It’s the type of “drama” Miriam creates as she has on her blog “wonderaround”.
